To help people find rest for their souls
in surrender to the gentle and humble heart of Jesus
This describes the reason our church community exists, and it is based upon the beautiful invitation that Jesus gave to crowds of people in Matthew 11:28-30,
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Vision Statement:
To be a united, growing family that embodies
the presence of Jesus to everyone we encounter.
This describes the ultimate goal of where we want to end up. The Mission Statement describes our purpose, and the Vision Statement describes our goal if we achieve our purpose. This goal of becoming a united, growing family that embodies the presence of Jesus is described in several Scriptures (e.g. John 17:20-23; 1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12; Colossians 3:1-17), but the clearest description is found in Ephesians 4:1-16. We encourage you to read these passages thoughtfully.
